Edelweiss, Norridge, IL
Jaegerschnitzel, Spaetzel, and Red Cabbage.
Now this is German. The weissbeer was Hacker-Pschorr. The breadbasket included pumpernickel (of course) and salty and soft pretzel rolls. Pretzel rolls! They're like the socially acceptably Katie's Soft Pretzels. Or Katie's Laugenbrezel as they might say. For desert I split an apple strudel. Not a good as Oma used to make, though. I asked if the title of the restaurant came from the wine or the flower. It's the flower.
