Kitchen Adventures



Headaches lead to making fatty salty carb bombs.  Intending to make a shrimp appetizer the evening before, I instead stopped the dishes at three and threw the marinating (soy, mirin, miso, salt, pepper, honey, and shallots) shrimp in the fridge overnight.  I sauteed that with some fresh (OK, it was a little stale) corn and tossed it all with some spinach fettuccine. Also butter.
