There were just too many holiday meals to
recount individually in detail, and admittedly this is more of an experimental gallery showing off Eats Meats West’s new Canon T1i. The dishes (some produced in-house, others provided graciously by family and friends) included fennel seed-encrusted pork loin, mustard roasted red potatoes, horseradish sauce, peppermint ice cream pie, chicken marsala, egg rolls, and strawberry cake.
