Fish Cha Cha La Vong Sandwich

Wow, so delicious.  Very messy.  I also tasted Mom's roasted sweet glazed pork sandwich and J's shredded braised chicken sandwich.  The glazed pork was easily the best. It's more of a taco with a steamed Chinese sweet bun crust, though.
